REFUNDS
MEETUP REFUNDS
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event, minus processing fees. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be applied to another person or a future event.
SPECIAL EVENT REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may not be applied to another person or a future event. This includes Networking Parties, Creative Networking Workshops, and Special Events.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
BizBestie Walk meetups take place rain or shine, so please dress for the weather. In the event of severe weather, we may adjust the timing or relocate to our backup indoor location.
If an event must be cancelled due to weather, ticket holders will be notified by email about a rescheduled date or offered a credit toward a future BizBestie Walk event.
Refunds will be issued only if a reschedule or credit is not possible.
PARTICIPATION & LIABILITY
By registering for a BizBestie Walk event, attendees acknowledge and agree to the liability waiver and release completed during registration. Participation is voluntary, and attendees assume responsibility for their own safety during the event.
BizBestie Walk events are 18+ unless otherwise noted. Events designated as BYOB are 21+ only
PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA
BizBestie Walk events may be photographed or recorded. By registering and attending, participants grant permission for their image, name, and Instagram handle to be shared for marketing and community purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
