Meet Sharon Calle

Hi, I’m Sharon, a 3x founder, small business owner, and extroverted introvert.

I launched BizBestie Walk in May 2025 to create networking meetups that feel welcoming, not overwhelming.

I’m the founder of Luminosa Creative, where I help small business owners launch websites that get found in Google and AI searches.

My first business was a family art studio (2016–2024), and I’ve always been a creative. I live in Northern NJ with my husband, and we love hiking, the Jersey Shore, and foodie adventures.

  • Yes. BizBestie Walk events are designed for adult women to connect without distractions. Please leave children, pets, and strollers at home unless a specific event states otherwise.

  • We host meetups across Northern New Jersey, including Montclair, Morristown, Ridgewood, Hoboken, and more. New towns are added throughout the year.

  • Yes — most BizBesties come solo!

    A friendly Local Host will welcome you, guide the flow, and help you join conversations so you never feel awkward or left out.

  • You’re absolutely welcome here. Many women join BizBestie Walk while building their brand or preparing to launch. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start making meaningful connections.

  • You'll answer a simple connection question and share a brief introduction in a small group of no more than 10 women.

  • Purchase your ticket and join us at any location. Our meetups includes a mix of new and returning BizBesties, creating fresh networking opportunities each time.

  • BizBestie Walk offers women entrepreneurs networking events in New Jersey, including guided Networking Walks, intimate Coffee Collabs, small-group Café Walks, and occasional evening Networking Socials.

    Each meetup is designed to feel low-pressure and introvert-friendly, with a focus on real conversations and meaningful connections.

    Included with every ticket:

    • Connection and community in a thoughtfully sized group

    • Guided small groups + one-on-one conversations

    • Invitation to join our private BizBestie Walk Facebook community

    • A follow-up email with attendee names and Instagram handles to stay connected

    • Your business Instagram tagged in pre- and post-event content

  • Our Networking Walks and Networking Socials are guided by friendly Community Hosts who lead the experience so everyone feels comfortable and connected.

    Cafe Walks are self-guided or led by a Community Host when available.

    Our Coffee Collabs are self-guided meetups, with no formal host.

  • BizBestie Walk meetups are held rain or shine, so please dress for the weather.

    In the case of severe weather, we may adjust the timing or move to our backup indoor location.

    If an event must be cancelled due to weather, ticket holders will be notified by email and offered a credit toward a future meetup.
