Membership Information & Policies
Community Members receive $5 off each BizBestie Walk event ticket.
BizBestie Connects are held virtually on Mondays from 6:00–7:00 PM.
Blind Date with a BizBestie is held virtually on Mondays from 11:00–11:45 AM.
Directory listings may be edited for clarity, consistency, and SEO best practices before publication.
Membership fees are non-refundable. Annual memberships renew automatically unless canceled before your renewal date. Manage all membership settings through Luma.

How to Join

Select a membership from our event calendar and complete your registration.You'll receive an instant confirmation email from Luma, and a welcome email from BizBestie Walk within 24 hours with next steps.

Enter your business info via our online form and we’ll publish your listing within 5-10 business days.
Once published, you have 14 days to review it and request one complimentary update. After 14 days, listing updates are available for $25 per request.

BizBestie Membership is designed for women entrepreneurs and women-owned businesses across New Jersey, including business owners, freelancers, consultants, creatives, service providers, and online businesses.
Whether you’re just getting started or have been in business for years, you’re welcome here. -
Choose Directory Membership to showcase your business in our statewide women-owned business directory, grow your visibility, and connect through included virtual networking, member hangouts, and our private Facebook group.
Choose Community Membership for everything in Directory Membership, plus upgraded visibility, discounted event tickets, early registration, and additional included virtual networking events.

After joining, you’ll receive a link to submit your business information and photos. I’ll create your Directory Listing and email you when it’s ready to review. You may approve it or request edits before publication.
Your Member Spotlight (or Meet the BizBestie Spotlight) will be created using information from your published listing, so no additional submission is required. Spotlights are shared in the order that Directory Listings are published.

The BizBestie Directory offers more than a basic business listing. You get a dedicated business page designed to help you rank in Google and appear in AI search results, with every listing reviewed, edited, and formatted by an SEO specialist.
Listings are shuffled with each visit rather than displayed alphabetically, giving every business a fair chance to be discovered.
The directory is mobile-friendly and easy to filter by category, region, and collaboration interests.

Once your listing is published, you'll have 14 days to request any corrections or updates at no additional charge.
After that, listing updates are available for $25 per request during your active membership. One request may include multiple changes submitted through our update form.
Your annual renewal also includes one complimentary listing update.

Since SEO and search visibility take time to build, membership is annual rather than month-to-month. This gives your Directory listing time to gain visibility and allows you to take full advantage of everything included throughout your membership year.

Memberships automatically renew annually at your current renewal rate.
You can cancel anytime before your renewal date to prevent the next annual charge. Your membership benefits will remain active through the end of your current membership term.

Membership fees are non-refundable. Because membership benefits and onboarding begin shortly after you join, all membership purchases and renewals are final.
