Membership Information & Policies
Virtual events: BizBestie Connects are held on Mondays from 6:00–7:00 PM. Blind Date with a BizBestie is held on Mondays from 11:00–11:45 AM.
Directory listings may be lightly edited for clarity, consistency, and SEO best practices before publication.
Membership fees are non-refundable. Annual memberships renew automatically unless canceled before your renewal date. Manage all membership settings through Luma.

How to Join

Select a membership from our event calendar and complete your registration.You'll receive an instant confirmation from Luma, and a welcome email from BizBestie Walk within 24 hours with next steps.

Enter your business info via our online form and we’ll publish your listing within 5-10 business days.
Once published, you have 14 days to review it and request one complimentary update. After 14 days, listing updates are available for $25 per request.

BizBestie Membership is designed for women entrepreneurs and women-owned businesses across New Jersey, including business owners, freelancers, consultants, creatives, service providers, and online businesses.
Whether you’re just getting started or have been in business for years, you’re welcome here. -
Choose Directory Membership if your main goal is increased visibility and being part of our statewide women-owned business directory.
Choose Community Membership if you also want to build relationships through BizBestie events, member experiences, and year-round networking opportunities.

You’ll receive an automated confirmation email from Luma.
Within 24 hours you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started, including a form to submit your business information for your Directory listing.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your directory listing to be reviewed and published.
Visit our event calendar to RSVP for the virtual events included in your membership. Select the tickets reserved for Directory and/or Community Members. -
After joining, you'll receive a welcome email with a link to submit your business information, including your business description, website & social links, category and location(s).
You will select a high-quality photo for your listing, plus an optional founder/owner photo for your member spotlight.
Submitted photos must authentically represent your business. Stock photography and light AI-assisted editing are permitted. Fully AI-generated images are not accepted.Each listing is personally reviewed and edited with SEO best practices to help your business get discovered online.

Once your listing is published, you'll have 14 days to request any corrections or updates at no additional charge.
After that, listing updates are available for $25 per request during your active membership. One request may include multiple changes submitted through our update form.
Your annual renewal also includes one complimentary listing update.

Since SEO and search visibility take time to build, membership is annual rather than month-to-month. This gives your Directory listing time to gain visibility and allows you to take full advantage of everything included throughout your membership year.

Memberships automatically renew annually at your current renewal rate.
You can cancel anytime before your renewal date to prevent the next annual charge. Your membership benefits will remain active through the end of your current membership term.
