Community Hosts help create a welcoming experience at our Cafe Walks by greeting attendees, guiding the flow, and helping everyone connect.

How Do Our Community Hosts Help Lead Events?

  • Welcome attendees and lead introductions

  • Help conversations flow and keep the walk on schedule

  • Encourage partner rotations throughout the walk

  • Ensure everyone feels welcome and included

Community Hosts also capture a few candid photos and videos to help us share and celebrate our community. 📸

Interested in Hosting?

01 - Join an Event

Purchase an event ticket & check the Community Host box during checkout. All women entrepreneurs can express interest.

02 - Get Selected

We'll select a Community Host at least one week before and share detailed instructions to help you host a successful BizBestie Walk event.

03 - Lead the Experience

Arrive a few minutes early, guide the flow, and help everyone connect. Afterwards, upload your photos and videos to our shared folder.


Community Host Perks

  • Receive a $25 credit toward a future BizBestie Walk event for each event you successfully host.

  • Added as a collaborator on post-event Instagram posts (when applicable)

  • Highlighted in our Instagram Stories

  • Help grow our BizBestie Walk community

Host Selection

We cannot guarantee that everyone who expresses interest will be selected as a Community Host.

Because each walk or meetup only requires one host, we encourage you to express interest again in the future if you're not selected for a particular event.
