Dosti & Chai is a minority-owned, woman-owned chai café and community gathering space in Somerville, New Jersey. Built around the belief that chai brings people together, this modern chai lounge serves traditional and creative chai flavors, specialty drinks, and South Asian-inspired treats in a warm, welcoming space. Every cup is brewed with premium tea and aromatic spices.
Founded by Maddie Purandare, Dosti & Chai hosts community events, workshops, book clubs, pop-ups, and celebrations designed to turn strangers into dosts—friends.
