What is a Coffee Collab?
Coffee Collabs are small-group meetups by BizBestie Walk for women entrepreneurs who want an easy way to connect in between networking walks.
Each Coffee Collab brings together just 4 women at a local café for conversation, idea-sharing, and community in a cozy, low-pressure setting. Request a cafe near you.

How it works
01 - Choose your town
Choose your North Jersey meetup location. Coffee Collabs are held each month on the Third Thursday at local cafés.
02 - Request your spot
Groups are limited to 4 women. Once full, we’ll confirm your seat, process payment, and send the attendee list.
03 - Coffee & Collab!
Arrive a few minutes early to order your drink, then enjoy a relaxed coffee meetup with other women business owners.
NOTE: Registration closes 7 days before the event. Because groups are small, registrations are non-refundable once your spot is confirmed.
If a group does not reach 4 attendees one week before the event, the Coffee Collab will be canceled and your card will not be charged.

Coffee Collabs are open to women entrepreneurs, small business owners, freelancers, and creatives in the BizBestie Walk community.
Attendees may be at different stages of business, but everyone joins with the same goal — to connect, support each other, and build real relationships.

Coffee Collabs are designed to be a comfortable, welcoming space where you can share your business, goals, challenges, and ideas.
We’ll begin with a simple connection question, then everyone will have a chance to introduce their business before the conversation flows naturally.

The goal is easy conversation, not formal networking.

Coffee Collabs are self-guided and do not include a Local Host. They are designed to be relaxed, small-group meetups where everyone participates in the conversation.
Each attendee will receive the group list in advance, along with a connection question and suggested event flow to help the meetup feel easy and natural.

Coffee Collabs are intentionally limited to four women to keep the experience personal and comfortable.
After hosting many indoor meetups and post-walk coffee meetups, we found that four is the ideal number for café seating and for making sure everyone has time to talk and be part of the conversation.

Networking walks will always be the core of BizBestie Walk, and we will continue hosting them across North Jersey.
Coffee Collabs were created as an additional format to give our community more ways to connect between walks. Because networking walks involve venue coordination, advance scheduling, and Local Host availability, they cannot always be offered as frequently.
The smaller Coffee Collab format allows us to schedule more meetups, visit new towns, and give more women the opportunity to participate.

Each Coffee Collab is limited to four attendees, so spots may fill quickly.
As groups fill, additional Coffee Collabs may be added in the same town up until 7 days before the event, depending on interest.

We always favor small, independent coffee shops. Request a cafe here.

When you arrive, order your drink and stand by the cafe entrance to greet your group members.
Your confirmation email will include a detailed meeting location if the cafe has multiple entrances.We recommend arriving a few minutes early so everyone has time to purchase a drink before the meetup begins.

Because groups are very small, we ask that you only register if you are confident you can attend.
If you are unable to make it, login to Luma.com to mark yourself as “Not Going” to let your group members know not to expect you.
Registrations are non-refundable for Coffee Collab tickets. -
I understand that there are No Refunds for this event. Tickets may not be transferred to another event or another attendee.
