What is a Coffee Collab?

Coffee Collabs are small-group meetups by BizBestie Walk for women entrepreneurs looking for non-traditional networking.

Each Coffee Collab brings 4–8 women together at a local cafe for conversation, idea-sharing, and community. They’re held monthly on third Thursdays at local cafes across NJ.

Perfect for you if:

  • You enjoy in-person small-group conversations

  • You want more ways to connect beyond our walks

  • You love meeting other women entrepreneurs in your area

How it works

01 - Choose your town

Choose your North Jersey meetup location. Coffee Collabs are held each month on the Third Thursday at local cafés.

02 - Reserve your spot

Each group is made of 4-8 women. Reserve your spot by purchasing your ticket. You’ll receive your attendee list 24 hours before the meetup.

03 - Coffee & Collab!

Arrive a few minutes early to order your drink, then enjoy a relaxed coffee meetup with other women business owners.

  • Coffee Collabs are open to women entrepreneurs, small business owners, freelancers, and creatives in the BizBestie Walk community.

    Attendees may be at different stages of business, but everyone joins with the same goal — to connect, support each other, and build real relationships.

  • Coffee Collabs are designed to be a comfortable, welcoming space where you can share your business, goals, challenges, and ideas.

    We’ll begin with a simple connection question, then everyone will have a chance to introduce their business before the conversation flows naturally.

    Suggested topics include:

    • What kind of business you run

    • What you're working on right now

    • What support you’re looking for

    • How you can collaborate with other women

    The goal is easy conversation, not formal networking.

  • Coffee Collabs are self-guided and do not include a Local Host. They are designed to be relaxed, small-group meetups where everyone participates in the conversation.

    Each attendee will receive the group list in advance, along with a connection question and suggested event flow to help the meetup feel easy and natural.

  • Coffee Collabs are intentionally limited to 4-8 women to create a more intimate opportunity for connection.

  • We select small, independent coffee shops, as well as women-owned cafes. Request a cafe here.

  • When you arrive, order your drink and stand by the cafe entrance to greet your group members. You will receive everyone’s Instagram and name in advance.

    Your confirmation email will include a detailed meeting location if the cafe has multiple entrances.

    We recommend arriving a few minutes early so everyone has time to purchase a drink before the meetup begins.

  • Because groups are very small, we ask that you only register if you are confident you can attend.

    If you are unable to make it, login to Luma.com to mark yourself as “Not Going” to let your group members know not to expect you.

    Registrations are non-refundable for Coffee Collab tickets.

  • I understand that there are No Refunds for this event. Tickets may not be transferred to another event or another attendee.
