Choc·O·Pain Bakery & Café brings an authentic taste of France to Hoboken and Jersey City through traditionally crafted breads, croissants, viennoiseries, pastries, tarts, cakes, sandwiches, quiches, soups, salads, and coffee at four locations. Its breads are baked using four simple ingredients: flour, water, natural leaven, and salt.
Founded by French-born pastry chef Clémence Danko in 2012, Choc·O·Pain combines Parisian café culture with neighborhood warmth. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and snacks, place online orders, or arrange catering and private events.
