Palmas Café is a family-owned specialty coffee shop in downtown Cranford, New Jersey, celebrating Salvadoran heritage through thoughtfully crafted drinks, Latin-inspired bites, pastries, and welcoming hospitality. Its menu features espresso, pour-over coffee, horchata and panela lattes, matcha, breakfast, sandwiches, pupusas, empanadas, and sweets.
Co-founder Sabrina Palacios brings her family’s generations of restaurant experience to Palmas, supported by a specialty coffee program guided by World Barista Champion Alejandro Mendez. Guests can gather with friends, work remotely, dine in, or order online.
